Day 233 – Fallen

23 Nov

I think I have told you guys before that my poor mom has basketball players hand size leaves all over her yard and walkway so it is a nightmare to rake them up, but they are quite beautiful. There was a bunch on the ground right by her steps so I got my iPhone out and got as close as I could to one of the larger leaves and took a shot. I love how it turned out and love the detail of the veins and color. I just adore my phone 🙂

    Beautiful colors.

Shouldn’t you be getting some cold weather soon?

You have leaves that have that much color yet?? We are all brown here.
Nature’s stained glass. So rich and vivid. I long for color already………..only have till March to go :).

LOL!!!! I thought you wrote that your mom has basketball player sized hands!!!!!! I was like, “WHAT????” and then I was like, “Take a picture of THAT!” and then I read more and was like, “Oh.”

This picture reminds me of my micro class… I sat in front of a microscope for hours looking at leaves to be able to identify the type of cells.

    Lovely colors here!!!!!
