Day 82 – Country Side

26 Jun

Gotta stick with the barns so without much explanation here is a photo of a country side barn in my area. I love just driving around looking for barns to shoot, and we have lots in our area to take advantage of!

Hope you enjoy 🙂

I like how the dirt road pulls me into the barn. Cool effect!

Ah, but I think you did. You just didn’t do it consciously.

Wow I would swear that’s a painting. Wow. I love that pic! It’s a frikkin’ painting! I swear you could frame that and sell it as a painting. WOW!

It’s FRAKKIN’ how many times do we have to go over this?

Thank you so much for the compliments, I rather liked this one too 🙂

        OKEEEEE Starbuck!

Hey, does that make me Boxey?

      • mindymilburn June 26, 2010 at 1:42 pm #

Was Boxey on the original one? I didn’t watch that one. I AM Starbuck, she rocks!!!

Oh wow! I adore this picture, the fence, the path, the little structure to the left, the broken door, just everything! And I don’t even care if YOU like it or not. So there.

      BWAHAHAHAH I just snorted.

Thank you so very much, I am glad you like it so much. I love compliments too 🙂 But your opinion does matter either way!

This is really awesome!!! I love BARNS.. I love PUZZLES. This looks like a picture of a BARN that someone would use to make a puzzle. VERY COOL!

Have you ever been INSIDE of a barn? Some of these old barns cast some really cool lighting effects thru the gaps in the barn boards. I love the old equipment inside hanging from the rafters or walls..

My grandpa used to make me work in his barn so my memories aren’t that fond LOL! But yes they are very cool, if I can get in one I will take some photos for you but these were all on private property so… 🙂

And thank you, that is such a great compliment.

LOL @ Bill but he’s right – I think I’ve actually done a puzzle like this once 😀 This is my favorite barn shot out of all of them. The dirt road makes this picture come alive 🙂

Consider it a barn series – and I’m totally loving it.

I like this picture, a little bit like painting

  8. Stasia June 28, 2010 at 10:17 am #

Oh this is one of my favorites so far. I love the meandering dirt track/path/road out front – it adds a lot of interest to the shot IMO. Nice!

Thank you, I liked that about the shot as well, I think that is what made me stop to shoot it.
